I2X Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Position is normally Mon - Fri: potential surges, may require on-call, evenings and weekends support during system anomalies and or tests. Dedicated to developing and delivering innovative solutions to address our customers' most complex challenges, including cyber-resilient mission systems, within an Agile environment. Technically diagnose, mitigate, and troubleshoot issues, and contribute as part of an on-site team providing 24x7 support for globally dispersed program application suites operating across various time zones. Lead or participate in system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance activities, including both on-site and remote telephonic maintenance support. Serve as a subject matter expert for program applications, providing Level 2 troubleshooting, break/fix solutions, and preventative maintenance support, involving regular interaction with remote program sites and varying levels of leadership. The candidate must be a proactive problem solver, capable of planning, coordinating, directing, and managing individual projects with minimal supervision. Our Level 2 Systems Engineers are empowered to think innovatively, from automating system provisioning to enhancing enterprise monitoring. Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
