About The Position

The Systems Engineer provides systems engineering leadership for component‑level capabilities while ensuring integration, performance, and alignment with mission objectives. In support of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Guidehouse is looking for a Systems Engineer who will work with the government to assess contractor teams and test and evaluation (T&E) teams.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" security clearance.
  • Master’s Degree in STEM field
  • SIX (6) or more years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, and/or systems engineering

Nice To Haves

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Experience in leading engineering teams and modeling systems
  • Ability to apply project management skills to performer/T&E teams who are completing the modeling

Responsibilities

  • Managing large systems in developments stages
  • Review and evaluate CAD models, components, sub systems and understand the dependencies and ongoing evaluation of large systems
