The Work: In this important role you will: Review customer requirements to fully understand the operational scope of the requirement, deliver valuable feedback to the customer, and provide guidance during the product development to ensure operational needs are met. Develop and execute test plans and procedures in order to prepare and assess system readiness both in-plant as well as in the field at customer sites. Test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, providing test data for analysis, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered.
