Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in engineering field.
• Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets.
• Experience with continuous monitoring of missions systems.
• Experience capturing systems requirements, documenting in various formats, and leading design and development activities.
• Experience supporting development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts.
• Ability to work a shift schedule.
• Ability to act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams.
• Ability to provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python.
• Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical field.

• Base pay ranges from $100,000/year to $120,000/year based on geographic market.
