As a Systems Engineer - Trident II D5LE2 (Sr Sys Engr), you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for modernizing the Strategic Weapon Control system in support of the next generation Trident missile. The D5LE2 missile will be designed to leverage the current stockpile warheads and reentry bodies of the W76/W88 and Mk4/Mk5 families while also incorporating the new W93/Mk7 warhead and reentry body assembly that will reduce stockpile risks and provide broadened targeting options to U.S. Strategic Command.   • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
