Come be a part of our mission! Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Systems Engineer Test (Integrator) / Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator) for their Aurora, CO location. As a part of the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) team, an Integration & Test engineer gains an understanding of the Systems Engineering process across a product's lifecycle and gains a full appreciation for how the systems operate. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with little direction and oversight. They will be an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers. This candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity. The integrator position includes 25% or more travel during site integration, but limited travel otherwise. This position may be filled at a higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below. This requisition may be filled as either a Systems or Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience or 0 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required at time of application.
  • Experience writing test plans and procedures.
  • Experience using CONOPs and operational scenarios as the basis for the test procedure.
  • Experience with debugging and integrating COTs and custom software together with computer hardware on both Linux and Windows OS.

Nice To Haves

  • Command and Control of ground equipment experience.
  • Understanding of Agile organizations and the Agile process.
  • CONUS and OCONUS deployment experience (execution of integration test activities in System Integration Labs (SILs) or offsite locations).
  • Enterprise level testing experience.
