About The Position
We are Lockheed Martin What You Will Be Doing You will be the Systems Engineer Senior Staff for the Mission Systems and Software team. Our team is within Ground Systems organization under Combat Systems and uses a wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the software field to develop, integrate, and test software products for Advanced Development Programs. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Open Architecture
- Experience in Systems Engineering
- Experience in Program Management and or leadership of software teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience shaping and leading a diverse team in a dynamic business environment
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Experience developing and delivering Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) packages
- Experience Leading Systems Engineering technical performance objectives (e.g. SRR, PDR, CDR)
- Experience working with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements
- Experience in a past-paced environment in technical teams across a virtual environments.
- Experience with ADP Integration and Demonstration software
- Familiarity with Open Mission Systems standards and Government Reference Architectures (GRAs)
- Experience or familiarity with System Integration & Test
