The Senior Systems Engineer plays a critical role in designing, integrating, and maintaining complex systems within the professional, scientific, and technical services industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven experience with root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) with PTC Windchill
  • The required skills of corrective action, integration, and root cause analysis are essential for daily tasks such as diagnosing system issues, coordinating system components, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance.
  • Corrective action skills enable the engineer to systematically address and resolve faults, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Integration skills are applied when combining hardware and software elements to create cohesive and efficient systems that meet project requirements.
  • Root cause analysis is used to investigate failures deeply, allowing the engineer to identify underlying problems rather than just symptoms.
