As a Systems Engineer - Senior Level at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will be responsible for innovating RF signal processing applications, facilitating the integration of new and legacy software across a variety of hardware form factors, and implementing comprehensive Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions. You will establish a process to formally and proactively control and manage changes to requirements, consider impacts prior to commitment to change, gain stakeholder buy-in, eliminate ambiguity, ensure traceability to source requirements, and track and settle open actions. Additionally, you will develop scenarios (threads) and an Operational Concept describing the interactions between the system, the user, and the environment, that satisfy operational, support, maintenance, and disposal needs. Your role will also involve implementing operational, technical standards, and system and services views for architectures using applicable Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) standards, conducting quantitative analysis in non-functional system performance areas like Reliability, Maintainability, Vulnerability, Survivability, Producibility, etc., and assessing each risk to the program.
