You will be the Systems Engineer Senior - Level 3 for the historic Skunk Works. We are looking for world-class talent for this position to join the 75+ year tradition of creating advanced aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer Senior - Level 3 you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end systems‑engineering support for advanced aircraft programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating, decomposing, tracking, and verifying requirements; performing risk assessments and trade studies. - Developing supplier specifications and supporting technical planning, integration, and test activities. - Managing multiple, varied assignments simultaneously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. - Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, communicating solutions to senior leaders, and proactively elevating issues. - Leading creative problem‑solving as an emerging specialist in systems engineering. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or Above from an accredited university in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
  • Experience in systems engineering or closely-related engineering discipline
  • Experience with requirements definition, tracking and/or verification
  • Experience with digital engineering or model-based engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools
  • Experience in developing processes, procedures, and other complex formal technical documentation
  • Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements
  • Experience developing a system architecture (or familiarity with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF))
  • Experience working with vendors and subcontractors, overseeing contracted work.
  • Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology.
  • Previous integration and test experience
