Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer Reliability/Maintainability. In this role, you will perform Reliability and Maintainability analyses for the F-35. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of complex problem solving techniques and root cause analysis methods. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited college in Engineering discipline. Preferred Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • Analysis experience or coursework.
  • Experience or coursework with hardware performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience with aircraft maintainers and aircraft maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience with aircraft maintenance documentation.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to build consensus in process implementation and problem resolution.
  • Learn how to and become capable of gathering and analyzing data and to accomplish complex tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to present technical information to a broad set of internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic Knowledge/Understanding of Systems Engineering Principles is also desired.
