As a Systems Engineer specializing in Microsoft Exchange Server, you will oversee and manage Microsoft Exchange Servers and associated technologies. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining Exchange server software and related components, monitoring and resolving issues related to Exchange mailboxes, message tracking, and transport logs. You will also deploy and configure Proof Point for inbound and outbound email protection, manage and monitor email infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance, and collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve messaging service issues. Additionally, you will develop and implement Exchange server backup and recovery strategies, manage Active Directory objects related to Exchange, and oversee the Office suite, Exchange Online, and Outlook within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role requires staying up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and providing recommendations to improve services.
