About The Position

The Mid-Level Systems Engineer position is a full-time exempt position. The individual will perform systems engineering activities associated with requirements engineering, system architecture development, system modeling & simulation, and systems/ software integration and test.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering required
• At least 5 years’ experience required
• Demonstrated experience with systems & software engineering product life cycle
• Experience with MATLAB and systems architecture modeling tools required
• Experience working in an Agile-Scrum development environment
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and as an individual contributor.
• Ability to organize work and deliver high quality technical products on schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Secret Clearance Required

Nice To Haves

• preferably in the DoD industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system and subsystem requirements
• Develop system architecture models and/or diagrams using Model Based Systems Engineering tools
• Develop, implement, and maintain various simulation tools to support data analysis
• Perform systems analysis to support product development and test
• Execute systems engineering tasks using a complex code bases in an Agile-Scrum development environment
• Develop on-time delivery of technical products in support of contract specific requirements
• Support program meetings and technical reviews with internal and external customers
• Ensure corporate policies and procedures are adhered to in the day-to-day performance of duties.
• Support other duties as assigned.
