The Work The Launchers Integrated Engineering team is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Launchers and Weapons programs within Lockheed Martin's portfolio. The candidate should have technical problem-solving skills, the ability to see the big picture, the ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions, and the ability to partner well with internal and external organizations. The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with design engineers, test engineers and field technicians as well as representatives from Manufacturing, Quality, Design, and other engineering disciplines. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, plus 2 years' relevant experience
• Ability to take ownership for significant tasks, complete them on schedule, and document/present the results.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work with minimal day to day supervision
• Must take direction well, and be a self-starter willing to seek assignments and guidance
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment and to work cooperatively with peers and seniors.
• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Rhapsody or CAMEO
