Learn more about our Hypersonic Solutions and the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer for Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to join the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) team in Denver, Colorado. As a Systems Engineer for Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) , your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and efficiency analyses for total systems—analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal Ensure the logical and detailed conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications Interact IPT teams from PDR forward in the System Architecture Model definition of architecture, requirements, CONOPS, requirements, interfaces, design, test, operation, maintenance and disposal for the next generation constellations supporting CPS systems.
