  • Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and efficiency analyses for total systems.
  • Ensure the logical and detailed conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Interact with IPT teams from PDR forward in the System Architecture Model definition of architecture, requirements, CONOPS, requirements, interfaces, design, test, operation, maintenance and disposal for the next generation constellations supporting CPS systems.
  • Experienced with applying SysML to Systems Engineering efforts and understanding SysML profile and domain-specific extensions.
  • Experienced with applying MBSE approaches, model planning, and application on Systems Engineering teams for large scale program efforts.
  • Develop system model management approaches and concepts as well as implementing model analysis and execution.
  • Active or Current DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience with Cameo.
  • Leading application of MBSE approaches, model planning, and application on Systems Engineering teams for large scale program efforts.
  • Tailoring MBSE tools for specific program applications and integrations.
  • Experience with IBM DOORS Next Gen.
  • OCSMP System Modeling Certification.
  • Experience with OOSEM.
  • Integrating analysis tools via Model Center.
  • Recognized as an authority in systems thinking techniques with the proven track record to apply them to a wide range of sophisticated problems.
  • Space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering.
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals.
  • Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate.
