As a Systems Engineer, Level 4, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of complex computer systems within a hybrid cloud and non-cloud enterprise environment. Additionally, you will work with your team designing, implementing, and maintaining said systems to establish the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
• Security+
• MCSE or CCNP
• Minimum 9 (nine) years working in a Senior Systems Engineer or similar role with the following experience:
• Network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• System administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• AWS and/or Azure cloud computing platforms.
• Network security principles and best practices.
• Ability to apply problem-solving and analytical skills, including troubleshooting problems and identifying root cause.
• Reliably working both independently and as a member of a team with the ability to easily transition between the two.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Possessing management, leadership, and mentoring acumen

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct systems upgrades and migrations.
• Troubleshoot by identifying the root cause of issues/problems, defining a resolution, and working to successfully resolve.
• a deep understanding of system administration, infrastructure, and network architecture to ensure efficient, reliable, and optimal systems operations and up time.
• Perform regular systems backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Configure and Maintain network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct system performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure scalability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
