About The Position

You will be the Systems Engineer for the Simulation Design team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge simulation solutions within the Systems and Software Labs. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer you will be responsible for shaping and executing systems engineering activities that enable our simulation products to meet stakeholder expectations and mission goals. Your role sits at the core of the Systems Engineering team, collaborating across project lines to drive technical excellence.

Requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX
Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline. (preferred: Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering).
Experience with system analysis, requirements decomposition, and/or requirements management (DOORS)
Excellent communication with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Verification Test Method definition and Test Procedure development
System Design experience (CAMEO)
Experience working on Agile teams
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Jira
Experience in Simulation

Responsibilities

Provide systems engineering support across multiple projects, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs and project objectives.
Support Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts on multiple projects.
Generate, analyze, and manage customer and stakeholder requirements to inform system design and development.
Assist in creating verification plans to ensure designs meet operational needs.
Participate actively in an agile development environment.
