About The Position

As a part of the Logistics Information & Technology (LogIT) Product Support Integrator (PSI) Team, the selected candidate will be a part of a fast-paced Sustaining Engineering Organization working to monitor, document, report, and correct data deficiencies impacting fleet readiness and data accuracy within the F-35 Fleet. The candidate will also coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to support cross functional containment activities, long-term corrective action plans, and data integration plans.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in Engineering (Computer, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, etc), Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) to query and modify databases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tool suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Sustainment Engineering Experience.
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, etc).
  • Programming experience with Python or other high-level language (Powershell, Java, etc.).
  • Self-starter who identifies problems, determines, and acts on courses of action, and escalates to leadership when help, direction or approval is required.
  • Prior F-35 ALIS development, testing, sustainment, or user/administrator experience or knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address data quality issues and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing field data for the purpose of forecasting, root cause analysis, evaluation of potential issues, and assessment of corrective actions.
  • Creating, delivering, and documenting corrective actions to resolve identified issues.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and ensure timely, data-driven responses to support operational success.
  • Written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders across business streams and technical competencies.
