About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will get to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of our systems, ensuring they meet both current and future needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline specifically related to area of specialty and 15+ years of related professional experience
Active Secret Clearance
Ability to train others.
Ability to work with various levels of staff.
Must also possess the ability to perform in a lead capacity.
Skill in analyzing and organizing technical data.
Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Leads a group of project teams in the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative.
Works under intermittent/no consultative direction toward predetermined long-range plans and objectives.
Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise.
Provides expert advice toward establishing long-range plans and objectives.
Applies state-of-the-art technical insight in multiple fields and disciplines.
Supports new or projected areas of technological research and advancements for obtaining/attracting new business.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
