About The Position

Systems Engineer Level 1 is a junior-level role responsible for supporting the design, integration, and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure. Candidates typically have some professional experience and a foundational understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements analysis, and technical problem-solving. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver reliable, mission-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
• Agile framework experience (Scrum, etc.)
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• BS Degree + 7 years experience

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or similar SysML tools
• INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification
