Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical or scientific field such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM degree program. Alternatively, demonstrate your equivalent additional experience.
  • Junior-level or higher experience in systems engineering, whether in government or industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering Experience and languages.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Frameworks.
  • An interest in the field of geospatial intelligence, showcasing your appetite for cutting-edge technology.
  • Previous experience with NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs/projects, providing valuable context from the Intelligence Community.
  • Prior involvement in IC or DoD program/project work.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Engineering: Work alongside Mid-Level engineers and government counterparts to master the art of requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, and maintainability.
  • Solution Development: Participate in planning, analysis, and traceability of user requirements. Contribute to the automation and enhancement of existing systems, exploring cloud service capabilities, workflow efficiencies, and scheduling optimizations.
  • Innovation: Support the development of solution designs rooted in requirements analysis and emerging technology trends. Translate mission and customer requirements into actionable systems/capability requirements and solutions.
  • Systems Integration: Play a vital role in systems integration activities and become an integral part of the analysis of alternatives, course of actions, trade studies, and engineering assessments.
  • Strategic Impact: Assist in strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design. Your insights will help shape the future of geospatial intelligence.
