About The Position

Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and system architectures to develop system requirements and technical solutions Lead system design, development, and engineering activities, including analysis of alternatives (AoA) and feasibility studies Provide technical leadership across system integration, architecture, and implementation in complex environments Design and implement hybrid multi-cloud architectures and deliver scalable, resilient enterprise solutions Develop architecture documentation, system designs, and diagrams supporting full lifecycle delivery Guide system implementation planning, integration, testing, and ongoing operations Automate repeatable processes and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability Apply SRE and disaster recovery (DR) principles to ensure high availability and continuity Design solutions incorporating load balancing, performance engineering, DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM), and IdAM/IKAM (including certificate-based authentication) Resolve complex hardware/software interface issues and serve as an SME on emerging technologies Conduct system trade studies and performance optimization across the lifecycle Lead design efforts, mentor junior staff, and oversee high-risk or complex programs Communicate with government stakeholders and deliver executive-level briefings Ensure technical integrity and quality of all engineering deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in a technical field; an additional 4 years of may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum eight (8) years of directly related experience
  • Experience with hybrid cloud architectures, automation, and enterprise system engineering
  • Background in SRE, disaster recovery, and high-availability system design
  • Knowledge of load balancing, performance optimization, and scalable systems
  • Experience with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and Identity and Access Management (IdAM/IKAM)
  • Strong experience developing architecture diagrams and end-to-end solutions
  • Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II and Microsoft Certified Professional (or equivalent) certification
  • Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
