About The Position

Please note this position is based in our Phoenix, AZ Support Office. The Systems Engineer IV is responsible for the architecture, development, and management ofcomplex enterprise IT systems. This role includes leading strategic initiatives, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the stability and security of infrastructure to support critical business functions activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in systems engineering with advanced knowledge of enterprise IT environments
Expertise in system architecture cloud technologies, virtualization, and automation
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced system solutions aligned with organizational goals and emerging technologies
Lead the optimization of large-scale systems for performance, scalability, and resilience
Monitors overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately
Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures
Develop and enforce security protocols to protect systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams and serve as a subject matter expert on complex projects
