Data science, analytics, and IT operations knowledge combined to drive efficiency of a high-volume, highly-available AIOps solution. Charter is transforming the way we drive satisfaction by leveraging AI/ML solutions to provide insights into where problems are occurring and automating fix actions. In this role you will be part of that transformation - you will apply development skills, data science, analytics, and IT operations knowledge to help expand this solution and drive overall operational efficiency. The role is a blend of process and technical skills that works inside a growing development team. Communication, curiosity, and a drive to improve how work is performed are key skills.
