Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a System Test summer intern. In this role, you will explore and develop your systems engineering understanding of requirements development and verification of requirements through test. You will work in developing test requirements and executing tests for flight structures and mechanisms, electronic components, propulsion and pneumatic systems. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Requirements
- In a undergraduate program pursuing relevant engineering discipline
- Matlab or Python development experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must have the ability to obtain an secret clearance and must have at least an interim secret clearance to start
- Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Nice To Haves
- Course work or direct experience in performance analysis and/or flight sciences analysis (aerodynamics, thermal, structures, …)
- Course work or direct experience in C++
- Ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment
