Join our dynamic team! This role is responsible for supporting the two main areas of Systems Engineering: System Architecture/Design and Integration and Test (I&T). The role supports the technical success of the product, from an overall systems engineering perspective, working all aspects of the full systems life cycle development process (the big V).

  • Assist in engineering system development tasks including system requirements analysis, system architecture and design, preliminary design, critical design, system integration, formal verification, formal validation, and fielding support.
  • Assist in the performance of requirements analysis using DOORS, UML, Model-Based Systems Engineering (SysML), and other system engineering practices.
  • Contribute to the completion of milestones and subsequent gate reviews.
  • Assist in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation in support of engineering solutions that include, but are not limited to, architectural drawings, detailed design specifications, and thorough implementation instructions.
  • Maintain standards compliance.
  • Able to work under general supervision to set objectives.
  • Communicate with contacts within own team.
  • B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics.
  • Proficient MS Office.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience.
