About The Position

WHAT WE DO The Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) - Enterprise Software development for the USAF Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) is a United States Air Force (USAF) program to provide an autonomous, long-range, conventional, air-to-ground, precision missile able to strike highly defended, high value targets. JASSM Enterprise Software (JES) was developed to improve quality and speed in targeting and strike planning solutions across multiple 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (363 ISRG) production units and the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC). THE WORK The JES Systems Engineer in Test will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining test procedures and supporting the automated test infrastructure for a variety of software applications. WHO WE ARE As part of the MIC2 organization, you will support software testing for our JASSM Enterprise Software program. Reporting to an Integration and Test Lead, you will work with cross-functional, multi-site teams and should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
Experience troubleshooting and debugging for root cause analysis
Experience with SQL Server / SQL Server Management Studio
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., python) for building and maintaining automated test frameworks
Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles
Ability to obtain a government-issued Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework
Experience working within an agile team environment
Strong problem solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with version control using Git
Experience with Postman or similar tools
