We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer – Integration and Test, supporting one of our premier programs in the Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (SISR) business units. In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products and your knowledge with regards developing plans and procedures, debugging and evaluating system functions and interfaces, developing test environments, and working hand-in-hand with our integration teams and customers will be put to good use. The work is on-site in Aurora, CO. What You Will Do In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions.

  • Conduct integration and test activities as a member of an Agile Release Train (ART) team
  • Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure
  • Development of automated test scripts and their execution
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues
  • Work in an Agile program environment
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience with systems integration and test for a software product, in an Agile, including regression testing, test scripting, and/or test automation tools
  • Experience with hands-on Integration and Test engineering
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging a software-based system or product
  • Experience with Linux Red Hat, Python, or Perl
  • Experience working within a CI/CD environment
  • Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment
  • Development experience in project domain (e.g., mission management ground systems, space-based ISR platforms)
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Experience in Test Automation (Cucumber, Gherkin, Zypher)
  • Experience with Java, C++, Python, Linux operating system, Cloud environments
  • Good oral and written communication skills as well as good collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team environment
