About The Position

You will be the Systems Engineer, Integration and Test Sr for the F-35 Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team which is responsible for delivering technical infrastructure support that enables hardware and software integration in a lab environment. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer, Integration and Test Sr you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and rigorous testing of F-35 components to support mission‑critical test execution. Your responsibilities will include: Design, configure, and maintain test benches and simulation environments for hardware‑software integration. Develop and execute test procedures, capture data, and analyze results to validate system performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to troubleshoot integration issues and drive corrective actions. Document test configurations, results, and lessons learned in compliance with program standards. Support continuous improvement of test processes and tooling to enhance efficiency and reliability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field, STEM discipline or 5+ relevant experience
  • Experience in a lab integration and test

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with Mission Systems Integration Labs (MSIL/MVDL)
  • Familiar with Mission Systems Architectures
  • Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).
  • Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test.
  • Experienced working with multiple LM Aero F-35 engineering teams (e.g., MS, VS, WPNs, Labs).
  • Technical Experience/Background Experience with developing system
  • Experience with Linux Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems.
