As Systems Engineer III, you will be responsible for leading incident resolution efforts, ensuring the stability and performance of our systems, and continuously improving service management processes. You will play a key role in incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high service levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations, systems engineering, and service management, with a strong focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency. This position requires experience in ITIL processes, incident management, systems administration, and cloud environments. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, driving automation initiatives, and providing leadership in service delivery.
