About The Position

Providing systems analysis/engineering and comprehensive testing toward the support of Hardware Defined Radio (HDR) and Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems and cryptographic subsystems

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of experience in planning and executing DoD Functional Qualifications Testing (FQT) and troubleshooting of Software Defined Radio (SDR) or comparable systems
• Experience in all phases of military data links; testing, requirements analysis, definition, design specifications, integration, system installation, and training for complex military systems
• Experience in the analysis of SDR functional requirements and test objectives; test planning; test architecture definition and configuration; test execution, data reduction, analysis, and reporting
• Experience in the preparation and review of technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration and test related documents

Nice To Haves

• Seven (7) years of systems engineering experience in support of Multifunction Information Distribution System (MIDS) Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS), Airborne Maritime Fixed (AMF) or similar software defined radio systems
• Experience in leading analysis of new functional baseline requirements for MIDS JTRS; experience in MIDS JTRS software including Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Link 16 waveform, and Operating Environment (OE) software
