Systems Engineer III

The Systems Engineer III position is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop and design cloud solutions across multiple business units within the gaming industry. As part of IGT's Cloud Center of Excellence team, the successful candidate will utilize their knowledge and experience to automate processes, develop software, and provide ad-hoc cloud support while implementing a robust cloud strategy across the organization. The role also involves establishing and governing cloud best practices globally, ensuring that IGT remains at the forefront of cloud technology. In this position, you will be responsible for developing internal web and software solutions, creating reference architectures, and implementing software to automate product deployment across major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will also modernize and implement cloud CI/CD pipelines, design and manage cloud best practices, document managed solutions, and integrate cloud monitoring and logging into third-party tools. Additionally, you will maintain IGT's cloud governance posture and provide operational support to internal customers while educating teams on new cloud initiatives and providing necessary training.
