About The Position
The Systems Engineer III provides effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and administration of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Provides advanced level systems engineering and administration to support the functionality and availability of enterprise-wide and mission-critical University systems under minimal supervision. Responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and administration of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Serves as a senior technician to provide advanced level systems engineering and administration to support the functionality and availability of enterprise-wide and mission-critical University systems. After hours monitoring of systems health and performance is required.
