Summary of This Role Responsible for analyzing business-critical services availability and performance to ensure optimal processing efficiency to support the enterprise. Works closely with IT Technical and Application Support teams in identifying and resolving processing issues. Performs RCA (root-cause analysis) and delivers solutions to implement corrective action. Creates and maintains various analytical reports utilized by both technical and business owners. Supports all Business Continuity activities. Provides operational support for all activities to support monitoring tools from administration, patching, upgrades to incident management.
