  • Expertise in requirements discovery, resolution, definition, derivation, and baselining.
  • Background in working with all levels of military and government leads.
  • Background in data flow management and control, reverse engineering, documentation and comprehensive systems design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good writing skills, good presentation skills, experience and knowledge with JIRA and its use for requirements Management.
  • Excellent communicator and publisher of clear, concise, and complete design documentation using industry standard tools such as but not limited to SysML.
  • Understanding of iterative/agile/structure development approaches.
  • Current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance.

  • Self-starter in requirements development and management.
