As a Systems Engineer II, you have the mind of an engineer and the soul of a systems administrator. You are the guardian angel of our SaaS environments and enterprise Identity infrastructure. A knight in shining armor for our internal user base, and you have no trouble communicating your take on problems that arise. Enterprise and SaaS administration are in your DNA, and you have the blood test to prove it. (Or maybe just the experience. That works, too.) Your usual day of awesomeness includes: Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure. Use API scripting, standalone code, or web hooks across provisioned cloud tools in a SaaS environment. Maintain cloud-based applications. Administer API integration, AWS, Okta (or another SSO platform), G Suite, and Office365. Continue to develop automation for onboarding and offboarding. Identify opportunities for automation within software processes. Recommend, provision, configure, document, and help maintain IT backend or SaaS systems. Install applications and databases relevant to automation. Take the lead in time sensitive projects. Collaborate with other business units to understand how automation can improve their workflow. Develop and maintain dashboards and alerts for IT systems status. Perform diagnostics, analysis, and repairs of IT systems as needed. Assist with managing user accounts across multiple cloud applications. Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of corporate network hardware. Follow existing policies and procedures when assisting employees, to ensure proper handling of requests, making suggestions for improvement when appropriate. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
