About The Position

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCB”s). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. The candidate would have preferred experience in primary Radar systems to support a team of various engineering disciplines in the definition, design and test of complex radar systems. Position would include some of the following tasks: Support the systems life cycle design and compliance with the technical requirements of the project System requirements decomposition, derivation and allocation to the individual engineering disciplines System design and interface documentation development Support Customer Interface and Interaction through Technical Interchange Meetings, Design Reviews, Training Sessions and Verification events. Generate Test and Integration methodology and documentation Post Delivery Field Testing/Support including analysis of Targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics from a four-year college, Master’s is preferred, with 5+ years of systems engineering experience
  • Generation of systems requirements, design documentation, interface documentation and management of requirements using DOORS
  • Functional knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF), Radar system elements (i.e. antennas, receivers, transmitters, and processors) is preferred
  • Experience with common lab test equipment operation; experience in Systems Integration, Traceability and Test.
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in radar signal processing in the aerospace industry
  • Data analysis using MATLAB, or equivalent
  • Proposal development, Basis Of Estimate (BOE) development, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
