Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team! Systems engineer for an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system. Position will lead a small team of developers to maintain and enhance a Data Dictionary utility and repository. Responsibilities will include collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and document new requirements; facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking; and coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, process improvement, and testing. Tasking will also include development, review, and enhancement of customer-facing and internal technical documentation.
