Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in systems engineering, ideally in robotics or complex technical systems development.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as Nvidia Omniverse, neural networks, and functional safety or cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong communication skills to manage technical interfaces and coordinate across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work proactively in dynamic, innovative environments with a collaborative mindset.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US. (This role does not offer visa sponsorship or support.)

Responsibilities

  • Support system simulations using Nvidia Omniverse and neural networks to enhance development processes.
  • Assist in developing and managing system requirements derived from stakeholder inputs to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in designing technical solutions that meet requirements and reflect the latest domain standards, including risk analysis and mitigation.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners across E/E, software, sub-systems, production, and customers to exchange development-related information.
  • Apply established system development processes to ensure consistent project execution.
  • Take on specialized project or process roles, coordinating technical development activities for components, system architecture, or specific features, potentially focusing on functional safety or cybersecurity.
  • Act as a technical interface to customers, clarifying and evolving technical requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Develop solution concepts in cross-functional teams considering feasibility, cost, and other key factors.
  • Document analyses, decisions, and designs related to system requirements, architecture, safety, and security concepts with a focus on quality.
  • Support system realization, integration, and verification phases to assess technical maturity and facilitate product release.
  • Define and coordinate product maturity checkpoints alongside relevant disciplines.
