About The Position

This is a three year leadership training program for new or recent college graduates to develop technical and business leaders in an accelerated learning environment.
As a Electrical engineer for Undersea Mission Solutions in the Engineer Leadership Program, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for mixed signal circuit designs that support our undersea hardware.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Leading Engineer Teams, Analog Circuit Design, Electrical System Design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
