About The Position

As a systems engineer for the Unmanned & Future Combatant Systems business area, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for systems engineering for our Future Combatants and Mission Systems. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Sensor interfaces, measurements, using sensor data in applications. Basic sensors such as temperature, strain gauge, etc. or navigation sensors such as GPS, MEMS IMU, radars, etc. Test procedure writing and execution. Requirements based design and test to verify. Physics, core engineering, or computer science background. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • Proficiency in the use and understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories
  • Proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team throughout the product life-cycle – from pre-proposal to post-delivery support
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
