Our Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program is creating the first hypersonic system for the U.S. Navy, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Systems Engineer, you work alongside experienced engineers in the Conventional Prompt Strike Navy Launcher IPT to collaborate across organizations to help meet safety, technical rigor, and schedule priorities. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible and dynamic team environment while gaining direct product knowledge from experienced engineers. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities to help represent the Launcher Systems team with our Navy partner and with LM leadership. Your collaboration skills will be employed to support our program partners across multiple geographic locations. There will be opportunities for business travel to support Customer, Supplier and product integration activities. In this dynamic role you will: Support the Navy Launcher Electrical Components Products Lead and Certified Principal Engineer developing the Power Conversion (host platform to missile) product design and manufacturing baselines for SSN fielding Prepare briefing materials for use at internal and external reviews Assist in the development and maintenance of design, analysis, test and as-built artifacts/work products to support product certification/ verification; review and coordinate subcontract data requirement submissions Support peer reviews, Engineering Review Boards, Product pre-shipment reviews Participate on Failure Review Board investigation teams and support Material Review Boards for nonconforming material Participate in relationship building with our Supplier (internal or external) and Test facilities through consistent positive engagement Support component level and systems level testing of the power conversion product You can learn more about Denver, CO by visiting this link. Requirements

  • Electrical engineering, electrical power conversion, manufacturing, missile and/or aerospace related experience
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance - U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience
