About The Position

Our client, a leading federal defense contractor, is seeking Jr-mid Systems Engineers with an active DoD Secret clearance to support the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program. This role is onsite at our client's Pittsfield, MA facility, with flexibility for occasional hybrid work. As a Systems Engineer on the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program, you'll be part of a cross-functional engineering team delivering hardware, software, and systems solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM field and 2+ years of DSP software development or a Master's degree
• Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
• Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools such as CAMEO, Magic Draw, etc.
• Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others

• Agile experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
• Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
• Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems
