ABOUT THE TEAM Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers' most pressing national security requirements.

Requirements

Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, electrical engineering, or aerospace engineering
5+ years of experience in systems engineering or configuration management
Direct experience with configuration management including product structures, BOMs, and version control
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools for configuration management
Strong technical communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear decision statements
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience in aerospace or defense industry
Experience with Teamcenter, Teamcenter Requirements, or equivalent PLM systems
Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Proficient in technical writing of processes and procedures
Certification in CM2 or equivalent configuration management certification

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively across hardware and software teams to support products as they move from concept through prototype and into production
Assess system coverage against established requirements using requirements management tools and ensure traceability
Support end-to-end system validation activities including test planning, requirements verification, and data analysis
Provide technical communication across teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Define and implement configuration management plans and processes for key programs
Identify and manage system-wide Configuration Items (CI's) ranging hardware, software, artifacts, to production (i.e. EBOM, MBOM)
Lead change management and version control across the system lifecycle, including holding Change Control Boards (CCB).
Manage engineering release processes and change control procedures
Coordinate configuration audits (FCA, PCA) and ensure compliance to requirements
Ensure engineering change requests are appropriately documented, reviewed, approved, and communicated
