The Systems Engineer, Co-Managed Services will serve as a senior escalation point and technical subject matter expert within our service delivery team. This role ensures client environments, including Azure, Entra ID, VMware, servers, Intune, and Network/LAN, are operating at peak efficiency while aligning and setting internal security and configuration baselines. The engineer will also act as a key resource for select named clients, collaborating closely across teams and providing technical expertise. Work you'll do Serve as senior technical escalation for complex client issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, VMware, Windows server and Active Directory environments Own patching and Intune strategy, configuration, enforcement, and continual improvement Define and maintain security baselines within M365 / Intune and ensure client alignment. Provide advanced technical leadership and subject matter expertise for projects as needed Oversee day-to-day tasks and escalation support for a team of six support engineers Ensure adoption, configuration, and best practice usage of core toolsets (RMM, PSA, documentation, password management, monitoring). Stay current on Microsoft features and updates to support troubleshooting and advisory roles. Coach and mentor other staff ensuring consistent quality and operational excellence. Support selective client-facing engagements for key infrastructure accounts Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation and knowledge articles to standardize operations.
