Systems Engineer-BI Analyst-TS/SCI w/Poly
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Engineering Manager with a focus on Business Intelligence to transform data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional teams across the department to design dashboards, analyze trends, and support strategic initiatives through data. The candidate must possess strong organizational, leadership, written and verbal communication skills while having the ability to articulate complex project status via dashboards to both customers and internal teams. converse, collaborate, and generate and validate requirements with our cross functional team of engineers, and senior level government staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or other related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work/military experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role
- At least right (8) years of experience with the IC
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau
- Proficiency in use and data extraction from tools in the Atlassian Suite especially JIRA and Con-fluence
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Outstanding customer focus and service skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of statistics, forecasting, or machine learning concepts
- SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Experience in SharePoint
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments
- Collaborative, data-driven culture
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
