Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, business systems, internal platforms, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical applications in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable systems across multiple tools and teams.
• Experience working with both clicks-based configuration tools and custom development/code.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across corporate functions.
• Curiosity and sound judgment in responsibly applying AI to improve workflows and decision-making.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through implementation independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate functions to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and accuracy improvements.
