About The Position

In this role, you will lead the strategy and operations of physical infrastructure essential for development, testing, and demonstrations. You will guide a team in procuring, deploying, and operationalizing hardware environments, ensuring seamless integration with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows. Your focus will be on driving technical roadmaps, optimizing lab resource utilization, and maintaining strict security and availability standards. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with system design.
• 5 years of experience in data center management and architecture, overseeing data center operations, managing infrastructure systems, and driving efficiency through data center automation and custom tools development.
• 5 years of experience with managing technical work, driving engineering strategy and roadmap.
• 5 years of experience in managing or leading a team.

• 3 years of experience in analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• 3 years of experience building and managing infrastructure, with a specialized focus on capacity management and forecasting to ensure scalable growth across global environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to architect and design technical roadmaps, ensuring infrastructure solutions remained strictly aligned with overarching goals and evolving customer requirements.
• Develop physical environments for development, engineering custom orchestration tooling for automated rollouts, debugging frameworks, and seamless CI/CD pipeline integration to enhance deployment speed.
• Define and monitor core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for environment latency and reliability, while collaborating with engineering teams to safeguard stability and optimize shared development platform performance.
• Manage lab resource systems to maximize hardware utilization and drive Service Level Objective (SLO) improvements by streamlining procurement and refining lab operational workflows for efficiency.
• Fortify infrastructure to meet security, regulatory standards while fostering technical excellence through mentorship and providing subject matter expertise across the organization.
