Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. As a Systems Development Manager in the Amazon Leo Identity Infrastructure team, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for managing user, device, and automation identities across Leo's internal manufacturing and productivity networks. Export Control: This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed. As a Systems Development Manager, you'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance. Your day might include: - Leading team meetings and technical design reviews - Meeting with stakeholders to align on priorities and roadmap - Reviewing and approving technical designs and architecture decisions - Mentoring team members and providing technical guidance - Managing resource allocation and project priorities - Collaborating with security and compliance teams - Driving continuous improvement initiatives - Participating in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership You will lead the Amazon Leo Identity Infrastructure (LII) team, responsible for Leo's internal user, device, and automation identities. Your team will play a crucial role in scaling our operations and supporting Leo's mission to deliver reliable internet globally through innovative device management solutions and automation.
